Press Reset password above and enter your staff email. We send a reset link; open it on the same device. If nothing arrives in a few minutes, check your spam folder, then ask the webmaster to send it again.
My account says it is locked
After 5 wrong passwords, sign-in pauses for 15 minutes. Wait, then try again, or reset your password to start fresh.
I signed in but cannot see anything
A new account needs an administrator to give it a staff role first. Ask the webmaster to add your role, then sign in again.
The Sign in button stays greyed out
It enables once the security check finishes. Wait a few seconds, switch off any ad-blocker for this page, check your connection and reload.
I was signed out suddenly
Staff sessions end after a period of inactivity, set by the parish security policy. Sign in again; unsaved work in open forms may need re-entering.
I am a member or ministry leader, not staff
Member and ministry accounts sign in on their own site. Staff sign-in is only for parish staff.
